Hi, guys :D

Most of you already know, but for the ones who don't: I'm working on Portugal 1:2 :)
A website is about to open, which includes important informations about this project.
The project extends from Continental Portugal to the archipelagos of Azores and Madeira. A city that should belong to Portugal, but doesn't right now, Olivença, will be included in the mod as Portuguese territory.

Feel free to ask any questions on this topic and also to PM me if you are interested in working in Portugal.

Current situation:

A1 (start) - Santa Iria da Azóia = Done

Alcanena - Torres Novas (9km in real life) = Done

City of Torres Novas = Working on it

Torres Novas - Entroncamento Norte (4km in real life)= Done

Entroncamento Norte - A13 (4km in real life) = Working on it

Here are some photos of the built parts:

Looking good! I went to Portugal during Easter and stayed in Lisbon. It's such a beautiful place; I wish I could go again and explore more!
Just a question: although I never went on the autoestrada, I saw some signs were tilted. Is that how they are, or were they badly in need of maintenance? Also, your decision with Olivenza/Olivença might spark some controversy.

Anyway, good luck with your map (and Olivenza/Olivença)!

Thanks for visiting our country! :D
About the tilted signs, if you went thru the IC17, it’s normal, and other old roads. But in the A5 to Cascais (“autoestrada de Cascais”), that doesn’t happen. The newest highways are the A10 and the A13 (the last one is separated, but the newest part is the north one). Also, my favourite highway (“autoestrada”) in my country is the A23, but it is old tho, being one of the first Portuguese highways.
About Olivença, I just want to draw attention to this because our government doesn’t give a shit about it. The Treaty of Vienna (1815) states that Olivenza is a part of Portugal, and everything that was built there was made by the Portuguese...

Thanks!

It's both and that's enough of that now before unwanted things start happening.
