Hey,

I can recommend the southern region map. It has some dirt roads in the woods where you can get a trailer with logs for example.. And I think the russmap has one or two offroad ways too.

On Promods you should check the boarder from north Norway to Russia, there is a dangerous road in the mountains leading to a mining site..

More I don't know about. Maybe others know more?

I know there is a map mod called Surovaya Rossiya Baikal, but unfortunately I have never tried it, so I cannot vouch for its quality.
