Crossing Europe Question

Hi,
I'm currently running Southern Region / Rusmap / Great Steppe / Turkey / Balkans and of course Promods. Everything works really well apart from Turkey being out of scale.
Anyway, the question i'm asking is, when I take a job from a town in the Southern Region to pretty much anywhere East do i really have to drive all the way up to Moscow or Brest and then back down again? Is there a map mod compatible that will fill in the big gap of Romania ? I've seen a few Romania mods but all say incompatible.
I'm currently driving Tyance on one side of the Black Sea to a place in Turkey, on the other side of the Black Sea, a journey in real life of 1300km. With this map combination its 4300km :/
Thanks for taking your time to read.

Hi,

what you mean with "filling the big gap of Romania?"
ProMods covers Romania.

In the Southern Region thread there are 2 ferry mods (one with DLC Italia, one without), so you do not have to drive up to Moscow.

Best regards,

Erm, yeah, i mean Ukraine, It was a late night and my geography is junk. I'll have a look for the ferry mod, though a Ukraine map would be awesome. It's a long long drive up to Moscow and back across to Brest etc

If you are driving to Scandinavia I strongly recommend to drive to Moscow - St. Petersburg (For faster highways) - Stockholm. And for Europe use ferries... Unfortunately Turkey map is a poor one.. (Currently they are developing)...

Thank you all for your information and advice. You are correct about the Turkey map, but I have some suppliers in RL from there, so I enjoy making the journey from my home in Ireland across to Istanbul in the game. The real problem with that map is some of the impossible gradients, I've been across the map as far as Georgia, and scenery wise it's not to bad, I'm hoping my next trip will be towards the South of Turkey and i might see a little less green and a bit more sand. I do like the border crossings and road along the Black Sea coast though, and there is a quarry or Damn somewhere in East Turkey that is excellent.
Thanks Again Guys

There are lots of things to be done in Turkey map.. developers are working very hard. When they reach to Promods level, Turkey map will be the most downloaded map.. happy trucking...

Not today they stopped their work so no more updates for YKS Turkey Map except compatibility issues
