Game crash after add RusMap and Southern Regions

I'm having some crashes after a few minutes from the opening of the game. After the loading I start driving and after a couple minutes the game crashes. It started crashing after I've installed RusMap and SR, alongside with Promods obviously. Here's the game log

Looks like something is wrong with a jazzycat mod
