I have the same crashes as OP, I still don't have a solution but I'm 90% sure it's caused by Jazzycats painted truck trafic mod.. Now, since that's one of my must have mods, I'll try to solve it somehow without removing the whole mod. Maybe removing that one specific file in /def/vehicle/truck/scaniasj_all/tollpostj/chas_001.sii could help.

Edit: nope, still crashes <ERROR> load_unit() - Failed to open file (/def/vehicle/truck/scaniasj_all/tollpostj/chas_001.sii)

Jazzycat came out with a new version (5.1.1) of the painted truck traffic mod a little while ago that fixes this crash; it was specific to Scandinavia. Try downloading the new version.

(At least, it's fixed it for me.)

Oh, well I saw that version but I assumed I had that one because I dowloaded my version just a month ago and on jazzy's site there was no date shown. But thanks, this should solve it since that Tollpost truck was scandinavia specific.
