Neither of both is planned for any time soon.

I think the reason Ukraine has had very little done with it is because ProMods has no developer for it.
Also, I don't know if the ProMods team even wants to expand to Belarus. Rusmap already has Belarus (and a bit of Russia too!), just get that.
Personally, I think ProMods should stay out of the areas that RusMap has built, and the developers of both mods should try to keep both mods compatible for as long as possible. They're both really good, would hate to have them incompatible with one another.

Anyways, just get RusMap. It works perfectly with ProMods. It has a different building style, but I still think it works.

Ukraine is wanted by us, polish and ukrainian users.

You may want it, but if there's nobody who'll build it, then it won't happen...

If you want it, the only way to get it right now is to work on it yourself. Why not try working with the map editor, and see where it goes from there.
