I think propably yes. Its compatible with Sud de France. It works for me also with Road to Asia map

I play with Promod + Sud de la France + Magrheb Map
Should I use the traffic intensity file for custom maps or SCS ?
Because when i play without map mods (with scs intensity file), there is more traffic than custom maps (with custom map intensity file). Why ?
