anyway my order is 68741 and was paid via the promod site.

There are no restrictions on your download and you should be able to download it as many times as you want

Order PM88984 via the promods store. Got an email confirmation but no download link, the store page just shows an order confirmation page, no download link. Nothing in my spam folder.

What am I doing wrong?

Download email arrived nearly half an hour after purchase. Rather defeats the point of paying for the fast download.

i payed for promods map europe and got the mail with the download
clicked the link but then got a message saying

This store only allows downloads from 2 IP addresses, please contact seller for more information.

what do i do??

Download email arrived nearly half an hour after purchase. Rather defeats the point of paying for the fast download.

The system operates fully automated. For some reason - very rarely the system that approves payments has delays. I don't know what is causing it. But obviously when the payments do not get approved links are not sent. I do keep an eye on this manually but when it happens in the middle of the night I have to wake up first to address the issue.

That message appears when you have reached your download limit. How long ago did you process the order? As it expires after 48 hours

Just purchased fast download for both ProMods 2.68 and the TCP 1.37 in one order via the Promods store.
Did receive the download link for Promods, but not the TCP.
When I view the order info it's "preparing for shipping" on the TCP item, what is the expected duration on the TCP?

I have the same problem. I also have to prepare for shipping. It takes a really unnecessarily long time, considering that you have paid.

Hi,

Apologies there was a technical error in the attachment of the TCP, therefore all the orders that had the TCP included got halted somehow instead of automatically processed.

I have now fixed the problem and am trying to re-send TCP links to all those who had this issue
