I reckon it's about 4,900km, between Bilbao in and Krasnoslobodsk. Just bear in mind that this is a default SCS routing, and it is normally possible to shave bits off by diverting into cities or diverting via straighter routes. Allow 48-60 hours to drive the route nonstop, or adding rests, four to six days.

Tarifa to Naukan (the literal end of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug). Putting that in perspective, it would be a shorter distance to fly (if there was an airport there at Naukan) over the Atlantic Ocean, Canada, and Alaska, than it would be flying over Europe and Russia.
