I was inspired by this video: https://youtu.be/o1bIKvHDNWI, and I was wondering what the longest drivable route was in Promods + Rusmap. (No ferries or train)

Moscow (RUS) to Bilbao (E) is a pretty long 'only-by-road' route.

If it's indeed about not using ferries, it would be Kirkenes quarry, Norway, to Bilbao for as long as the E4 between Haparanda and Umea isn't included yet. And probably even then.

The longest route is Bilbao (Spain) to Kulsari (Kazakhstan) :P (No Ferry, 100% Road) It is about 6,000km lol

Include EAA and calculate.
Theorem: The longest of all shortest routest between different cities, or, in programming, diameter of graph, can be find in 3 steps:
Select random city.
Find the furthest city from it.
Find the furthest city from city in previous step.
And diameter of graph is route from last 2 cities.
