Hey guys
I'm not sure if this is something for the offtopic section but that fits best XD
So I thought about something over the map ...
In Germany, Poland, France etc. you have their internal Roadnames like shown on the image:

But like it's in the Baltic area you have the internal roadnames and the european designation aswell:

I think it looks kinda weired like that because if the european designation wouldn't be there it would looks like more ... clear
or you put it on every country so every country has the same kind of labeling this could be an option too
But it would be greate to hear other statements too
(I made a new profile for this so you haven't that difference of travelled and untravelled streets/citys ^^)

It depends on what is common practice in the country in real life.

In Germany almost nobody uses E-numbers. Same in the UK.
In Belgium, Norway and Sweden E-numbers are the norm, more so than their own road numbers.
Other countries use a mixture.

In Poland, we always say "I took A2 to Poznań and then 11 to Koszalin".
I guess barely anybody here knows that A2 = E30, A4 = E40 and so on. We don't use European route numbers but it's sometimes referenced on highway signs.

Yea in Germany it's the same the only sign where we have that E-XX are on Autobahn signs

In Estonia we don't actually use the road numbers very often.
For example if you want to say that you drove on the T8 or E263 then you would say that you drove on the Tallinn-Tartu highway. Or if you drove on the E20 or T1 then it would be Tallinn-Narva highway.
The numbers are noted on signs but in everyday speech we mostly don't use them.

In Finland we mix between E-numbers, national numbers and names based on where the road goes.

It would be nice to have some E roads visible on countries that sign and map them at least. I know the UK has nothing to do with the E-roads. They are not marked or signed anywhere at all in the whole country. Belgium seems to be strange, as it only has E-routes in the ProMods map and not the highway numbers ("AXX"). Do the Belgians not even use their own classifications?

Some roads in Poland don't have E-signs and symbols. Example - there are no symbols of the E28 on the S22. Same with DK7 [S7].

Over here in Croatia,for the highways, we mix A(x) and E-XX. For the outer roads most of our roads are D-xx .

Indeed, Belgium doesn't care about local road numbers at all.
