Tampere would be nice. I live there and it's southern ring road have some interesting interchanges. Also Route 3 Helsinki - Tampere have "Linnatuuli" that is restaurant on bridge over highway. And if Tampere would be added there would be triangle Turku - Tampere - Helsinki - Turku.

I just love the 3th picture, the one with the sailing ship! Can't wait to pass this point in the game

That point will have even higher importance once Tallinn (Estonia) is added to the map

Yes, Porvoo would be nice, especially highway E-18 to Russia border

Yes, I believe it is law in some countries to use lights between certain times of day/night (and in tunnels), and you can get fined in the game. I know I have a few times .
