Hi! Barcs is an older development on the map which was only meant as a scenery town. As it's close to the border, there wasn't much space to give it more detail.

There are currently no plans to further rebuild Hungary, unfortunately.
As far as I remember, Szeged mostly received signage and intersection improvements along the M43.

It's because these cities are vanilla Going East DLC destinations from 2013, and weren't changed by ProMods. The mapping quality of SCS wasn't as good back then, and the available map assets were also much more limited, so these cities aren't up to par with the recent SCS and rebuilt ProMods areas.

Budapest deserves a reconstruction.

Agreed, but currently there are no plans to rebuild Budapest. I recommend you checking out Maxest's Budapest rebuild topic on the SCS forums though. That's planned to be a ProMods addon once it'll get made one day.
