Historical curiosity ...
To be exact. Gniezno is only symbolically the first capital of Poland (although in the document Dagome iudex from the 10th century, Gniezno is mentioned as the capital of the state of Mieszko I), because in those days the ruler traveled around the country (it was different in the early Piast state, some were princes, others were kings). Consequently, the capital was just where the ruler was at the moment. It was not until 1038 that Casimir I the Restorer (Polish: Kazimierz I Odnowiciel) established Krakow as the permanent seat of the ruler after the Czech ruler Bretislav I (Czech: Břetislav I.) destroyed Gniezno...

Ciekawostka historyczna...
Żeby być dokładnym. Gniezno jest jedynie symbolicznie pierwszą stolicą Polski (choć w dokumencie Dagome iudex z X wieku Gniezno się wskazuje jako stolicę państwa Mieszka I), gdyż w tamtych czasach władca podróżował po kraju (różnie to było w państwie wczesnopiastowskim, niektórzy byli księciami inni byli królami). W związku z tym stolica była po prostu tam, gdzie aktualnie znajdował się władca. Dopiero w 1038 roku Kazimierz I Odnowiciel ustanowił Kraków jako stałą siedzibę władcy po tym jak władca czeski Brzetysław I zniszczył Gniezno...

@timg56 that could be anything. No motivation, no free time you never know. Mapping is a hobby which you do for free, so if you are not interested to or simply can't do anything right now why should you do anything?

It would be very nice to see Expressway S17 and Lublin reworked (actually city of Lublin from PolandRebuilder times I guess is not even close to reality). Now the Expressway is ready between those two big cities.
Warsaw reworked in the future?
