[Fixed] [#5710] [2.11] Road with traffic ending nowhere in Livorno

In Livorno, in the part of the city with Bosch and Gallia Ferries, there is a small piece of road with traffic on it, in particular, the part that starts from the crossing up to the gate of Gallia Ferries. Vehicles disappear when reaching the entrance of Gallia Ferries.
I think traffic should be removed from that segment of road.
