Some say, I'm addicted to ETS2. But then I say. No, it's ProMods, it's a way of life.

Hello FH-Fahfer,
It has been a while since the last pictures of further developments were placed here. Are you still developing in Slovakia? Would love to see some new pics.
I knew this conversation stalled due to an argument, but I made this to kinda bring it back.
Many thanks.

ProMods isn't a mod, it's a game.

Very interesting. I go through Slovakia once or twice a year with humanitarian aid to Ужгород / Uzhgorod. Entering on E50 just west of Trenčín, staying on E50 all the way to Prešov, where I take the 18 to Michalovce, joining the E50 the last stretch to Ужгород.
Looking forward to a Promods version of this route .

Soooo you take the D1, since E notation is not that much used here, we don't refer to it at all.
But from personal experience of many users, taking the R1-50-16 is faster than the D1, especially during the rush hour. But only when you're going from Bratislava, since you evade Žilina (total mess), Sterčno pass (huge mess), Ružomberok (a mess, yet again) and Prešov (dreadful). South doesn't bring any complications, Soroška pass might be tricky in bad weather.

Ah, I see. Here in Scandinavia, it is all about the E.
The northern route is quite a bit shorter coming through Prague. We do have the huge advantage of being permitted to drive through Slovakia on sundays, so we are pretty much alone on the road. That also saves us from any border queue at Ужгород. Although, we also have a priority for that queue, but still much quicker at the border itself, being pretty much all alone in the TIR border .

No it didn't stall due to an "argument" (that never happened btw )gmtavares wrote:Hello FH-Fahfer,

It's just because I'm busy developing the ARP which has a much higher priority at the moment
