Yes, but are still great scenery run out from this map. I think also, like you, now is important to make Bulgaria, for connect Turkey and Greece first.
But don't forget in Romania we have a lot of mountains were is awesome to drive !!! Believe me, not only in reality.

First is important to have Bulgaria and Turkey for east develop.
