Well do you mean that the touchscreen freezes for a second?I have that problem on my A399.

Nokia Lumia 735, which I strongly recommend for people who don't cosider Windows Phone / Win10 bad. Previously I had Lumia 530 and I wouldn't have switched to 735 if the previous phone didn't fell badly and cracked throughout the digitizer so It was no longer usable.

Sony Xperia Z5. I prefer Sony the most. Maybe go for the XZ later. I follow technology. Sony Ericsson was my first phone. can't remember the model.

After my crap old phone I was ready for something non apple (I already had an iPod touch and iPad mini) but an opportunity arose to get this phone relatively cheaply 3rd hand, with the previous owners both being family members. Considering its age and amount of usage I am quite happy with how well it runs.

I usually don't have a mobile phone cause I never saw the need for one.
