Because I realised mod some time ago and I am waiting for new Promods version to realise new version. This time it will in more parts:
Less ferries
Changed semaphore cycles
Map changes:
removed barriers on tolls wihout auto-pass
added semaphores on many crossroads
no more one-lane interchanges, except between 2 highways
and now rebuilt standard interchanges.

It's a good start, I do miss nav-signs, speedsigns, give-way signs and sort.
Also the M0 goes over the M5 (E75) and underneath the fly-over. In your case the M5 (E75) and the M0 are the wrong way around.

I will add signs later. Speed signs are set on first interchange, now I forgot it. Thank you, I will add.
You are right, E75 is under. I was watching for it, and still missed. I can't believe.
But, it is done. Priority are remaining standard interchanges. I will think about fixing it when I finish Hungary or all one-lane interchanges.

Unfortunately, there won't be more details. As name of mod says, and

E73 is returned to real route (also you can notice that ring road is widen to 3 lanes):
After buidling interchange, ring road will have 4 lanes to the end of bridge and little more.
