Why do you need this one as 2.1 is out?

update your game to 1.24 then

Try the "Update" page: Euro Truck Simulator 2 | Update. Downloadable patches for version 1.24.2.1 are posted there.

And as Puncake said, you could activate your game on Steam to receive updates automatically, or use SCS's peer-to-peer updater tool (also available on SCS's update page).
