Southern Region 12.0 will work with 1.45 ETS2 version? Googled links says that 12.0 is suited for 1.46

I updated from 1.35 to 1.45 (I had a huuuuge break from playing ETS2) recently (to make sure that my basic maps like PM, PM will work fine) so I don't want to download this mods again. This is why I am looking for 1.45 Southern Region version

so, just updated them. but you can wait a while for a 1.47 update.
you cannot avoid updating mods

Yes, i know i can't, but I prefer to jump couple of versions (like 3-5, not one by one). Less downloading, less chance to bugs or incompatibility, less waiting for newer versions, more visible changes

I downloaded SR for 1.45 and it's working but are there any mods for ferry connections between Southern Region and ProMods/Black Sea DLC? Only one is from Messina in Italy so it's ridiculous...

Can't agree more. At least there should be a ferry to Istanbul/Constantinople, it's so ridiculous to see the only ferry line cross mountains and seas to reach Messina, skipping the black sea, the Aegean Sea, the Adrian Sea, etc, which makes me never so deeply understand that Sicily is the real crossroad of the Mediterranean.
