That looks good. I suppose a notice that 2.02 isn't compatible with ETS2 1.24.x but 2.03 will be would be more ideal than my original suggestion.

I don't see any way to undo the patch. From what I see, it only backs up your profiles but not the game binaries.
The scs full installer is still on 1.23.1.1 though, so if you can't wait for PM 2.03, then backup your profiles, uninstall ets2 and install 1.23.

Ok txs for the update is it already known when the 2.03 update comes out? i mean it's silly to back-up, uninstall, reinstall only to find out it is 24 hours later up for download

well tbh i am not so fond of STEAM, i like to mod my Games and frankly it used to give me alot of shit when installing MODS. But those where other games and some time ago. I do not like the idea that if i activate it on STRAM and i do not like (i think so at least) i cannot undo that anymore

Well... I still have no idea why not but if you want to have problems (like that one you mentioned), it's your choice. I don't see any reason to use nonsteam version

Steam well i wasnt a fan either but a lot has changed and since few months i do use steam and i am so happy i am using it, takes a lot of headache away from me, as for mods via steam for ETS2 and ATS, most mods are also on downloadsites so i am not seeing any reason why not to use steam. I alter my mods a lot for ATS and ETS2 and decided the ones that i dont ever alter and are via steam workshop i go through there else i search for them or have a workaround to get the steamversion working as non steam

But back on topic, hopefully the testing goes well for promods on 1.24 so in a while (i know its ready when its ready) we all can enjoy Promods on latest ETS2 version
