[Fixed] [2.00] some bugs in France

here are some bugs I found in France:
wrong road type near Angers
notice the shorter white line in the middle

all bugs are tested with ETS2 1.22.2.7s 64bit and ProMods 2.00 (with 2nd Anniversary Trailer and Company but not Trailer Add-on)
