2 connectors? That could be interesting.

One of the RusMap developers answering to whether there will be 2 connectors (Russian):
Yeah, no one is going to make two versions)))
After the release of ProMods, the connector will be redone... Moreover, our plans for the development of the North include Nikel, Alakurtti, Verkhnetulomsky, Kovdor. Very likely to also include Severomorsk, Pechenga...
So, in the connector there will be our, Russian north... If this option does not suit someone, well, everything is in your hands, make a connector with the ProMods north)))

I thought the Rusmap- and Promods-developers had an agreement about the territories in their maps? That's a bit sad that they want overwrite Promods Russia with their new connector. No matter that it was not the newest territory, it was still pretty well made and realistic.

1. The developer of RusMap north is a local (from Kandalaksha) and he strongly disagrees with ProMods north being "pretty well made and realistic".
2. There are many RusMap users who only care about Eastern Europe, and they have been requesting to add north to RusMap for a long time - they don't like having to install the entire ProMods just for Murmansk.

Nobody has to play ProMods if they don't want to, but these areas are an inherent aspect of ProMods and will remain part of any official connector as far as we are concerned.

Nice to see that repairs to the Ivalo-Murmansk road have progressed.
