[2.0] Some bugs

1. The Speed Limit in Bucharest, Romania is 80 - more of an enhancement bug
2. When at the Nadlac customs if one the left lane, I had trouble passing on left lane because of the height (once I had an eurogodies trailer and once a car trailer, nothing too big)
3. There is a tunnel before Linz, Austria, where the lighting is bright white in 1/2 of the tunnel and yellow in the other 1/2 half (thought you might want to know) - I attached a SS
