This is all you need to add to your country def: Time difference from UTC in minutes, and the name of the time zone. Here's an example of what our def for Russia looks like:

i added for KZ in Steppe defs these 2 lines and game works fine..

Yes, but it does not give the desired result. If you looked at the map autonomously, you noticed that it was located under the wrong slope. So, if you look at the whole map, I also include a map of the Karaganda region, it turns out far below, and not to the right as before. Although nothing changed in the map editor, everything remained the same.

file RK Map_The Great Steppe - def_ v1.0.3.scs open the program 7-Zip then go to: def / country, find the file: kazakhstan.sii

move the file to the desktop, open it with the Notepad ++ program, do the specified action, then put it back with the replacement.

but in game is +5hrs part.. and if i`m not wrong, there can be only one time zone per country..

Correct. Per SCS Software's comments on their own forums, there can only be 1 time zone per country in the definition files.
