So yeahhh... I'm pretty chuffed with that in my FH16 700... I wonder if a 750 would do any better. I tried at the Scania Democentre, and I only got to 96 or 7 ish, and wrecked my truck. Plus they probably wanted me out cos I was in a Volvo XD.

Firstly I intended to answer in private message to keep the topic clean but the way it turned out made me think that the info might be useful to others as well.
@uk_daf_fan: I'm always glad to help, Sir But to be honnest Jonkoping-Sodertalje motorway isn't that good as I thought. Being straight, obviously, doesn't mean it is good for speed tests. In my vid I drove 750 braker but to get 113mph I had to change the serial gearbox with Eaton UltraShift PLUS Performance MXP which has 18 gears (covers 14.40 - 0.73:1) and diff ratio 2.64, which is still very good for haulling cargos. And still I'm not fully happy. When I achieved 108mph on Hannover-Hamburg stretch I had vanilla I-Shift transmission (ratio coverage 11.73 - 0.78:1; diff ratio 3.08:1), but I was going downhill I think. And in for the test run in Sweeden I swiched to manual gear changing rather than the automatic mode that I happened to use in Germany.
As to the Scania test track I am not impressed of it at all in therms of speeding. But funny enough, I love it as a feature though I don't normally go there and 'crack the sky'.

yes but not to boast I did 111mph without hacks or cheats or anything. And after I finish my load to Goteborg in Sweden, Im gonna try to defeat that record.
