Dammit should've bought a M.2 PCI-e SSD but got a SATA instead due to lack of knowledge on my side
Anyone knows where a M.2 SATA SSD can be used
Is it only as a drive for laptops?

you can use in a pc with the sata III or express cable in the specific slot (in the front of the case). You need also to attach the ssd in the power supply also with the cable of supply. Here is a link for clarification http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/faq/id-19 ... -case.html
hope it helped.

what type of mobo have u?
because if u have the sata ssd u can't attach it on the m.2 port that is directly on the mobo

I'll probably get an adapter like this and use the SSD as a normal SATA disk as a start
