1.90 - Cargo market map bug

Hi!

I have problem with the cargo market map. Countries and cities are moved and are not above eachother.

This is caused by a mod conflict and has been reported before. Probably Rusmap of a weather mod is causing this.

I have done it with the RusMap

I'll take the map out and see if it then is gone.
