[1.90] Electronic speed sign doesn't work

This electronic sign doesn't seem to affect the car speed limit shown on the GPS.

Looks like it applies to several electronic signs in Germany. Some of them does work, while others are "out of function".

Most of these are not functional yet (as in affecting car speed limits)

... and when the electronic signs are switched off normal conditions/speed limits should apply, it's a feature from RL ;-)

Yes these models are very old (Build by me in March 2013).

They are models and have no influence on road traffic. I will start building new signs with more variations and better textures.

They will be added in 2.0 and used at more places in Germany. We didn't have the time to remake them for 1.9.
Am I developing at the moment?
