Game keeps crashing on zoom-in and in specific polish cities

I recently disabled RoExtended due to it causing unrelated issues and added other mods such as Volgamap, it forced me to relocate and when I relocated to Prezsow (I think it was) it immideately crashed upon loading, so I relocated to Warsaw and it refused to discover the city, so I zoomed in on the map to a nearby down to GPS there, and the game crashed (I have zoomfixes at the top of my modlist) aswell as large parts of Kazakhstan and Russia being black/the map not working on it

Edit: I fixed it by getting a different background mod, it does not crash anymore.
