Bug: Road between Estonia and Russia

Hey, so I've been driving towards Pskow, coming from Estonia and discovered that the speed limit on the road between Estonia and Russia (7 / A212) there is bugged, making all NPC cars drive extremely slow.

Can you follow the topic about how to report a bug correctly because there is no coordinates, screenshot/video that shows the bug, no game.log.txt and also tested only with ProMods?

I believe was driving on the same section. It seems those issues often happen around border check points.

It seems to happen on every section of road between border crossing prefab with checkpoint and the nearest prefab, like interchange or gas station. The road seems to not have any speed limit defined (route advisor doesn't show anything), yet the road signs are present, AI seems to default to 30km/h.
I can confirm it happens at borders between Bulgary and Turkey, and border between Poland and occupied territory of Królewiec (Königsberg).
