Need some help with the Balkan region ETS 2

Hi, I was playing ETS 2, when I chose a delivery to a Balkan city (Belgrade).
There wasn't a country abbreviation, it was just a ""()", I didn't think much of it, when I started the delivery, I went to pause the game and it crashed.
This happened for a second time, I got a delivery to some other Balkan city (don't remember it), it was without the abbreviation aswell. After a few crashes, the game just gave me a free quick travel and I moved on.

The mods that I have, that may have caused this issue are:
Road to Athens + Promods West Balkans merge connection (Quality edition)
Road to Athens
Promods 2.68 (Obviously)

I have tons of other mods, but they I believe they wouldn't interfere with one another than these ones (I'm talking about this Balkan region).
I have the West Balkans DLC. Is there a possibility that some mods interfere with each and cause ETS to crash?

The author of that improper West Balkans DLC connector has modified some of the files in order to make Kosovo Serbian, so it would not surprise me if something is botched in their country definitions.
