Problems with the signs.

Hello! I had created a couple of signs and it seems that by mistake named them wrong, now I thought to re-do them so I deleted the signs I had made from the def/sign folder and after that, I opened the editor and the sign was empty and when I pressed "edit sign" the whole program crashes and in the editor.log it stands that's a template is missing, I don't know what to do now so I can put in my signs without the program to crash?
