Next time remember to post game.log.txt with ProMods as only mod, but not also with other mod like ETS2 AllWorld Map 2.8 + EAA.

I have reproduced this issue and reported it internally with ID#40141 . However I cannot find any broken fences which you mentioned in your original post, so that has likely either been fixed in a previous version or caused by another mod
