Border crossing with a customs control

When coming close to a border control that has a customs control the speed limit from the navigator disappear and AI cars slow down to 30km/h
I first noticed it between Szeged and Timisoara and the area is huge and highway at 30km/h was slow.
But I noticed later all the border control into Russia and one other into Romania have the same issue. All the actuall crossings I did after I installed ProMods.
This is all the original border crossings, the one ProMods added seems to work fine. But the originals seems to have "leaked" their speed limit out into the entire map section.

After a talk with 30maes on discord I learned that the ones between Romania and Turkey was a known bug. Derby all customs controlled border crossing not made by Pro Mods have this bug. Makes me think its worth looking into before releaseing the west Balkans. If the bug follow into that map it could be a nightmare.

The only thing I can imagine is that a few updates ago SCS have changed the way some traffic areas work. And it is likely that the traffic areas have been updated in the main map (vanilla) but they are still set to the old traffic area in ProMods because we do not copy those sectors from the main map.
