download issue with ip address

afternoon guys . just a quick one


recently purchased a new laptop and moved half way around the world to canada ( dont do things by half lol)

downloaded a few mods through the fast way - got the email with the dowload links, all good there

when i go to download them it comes up with

This store only allows downloads from 2 IP addresses, please contact seller for more information.


any help would be appreciated ( thanks guys)

Hi,

This error can occur when one of these conditions is true:
* the links expired after 48 hours
* you used more than 2 IP addresses to download
* you have downloaded more than 3 times

The latter two conditions can also be triggered by overzealous anti-virus configurations that open the links and thereby trigger the limits

ill turn off my antivirus and try again .

once its hit the limit do you need to re pay for the download ?
