(2.56) A29 France/North of Paris, Lanes have different speeds

hello,
Just a quick one I've spotted before bed.

Pm 2.56

A29, North of paris (believed to be the whole section as far as my testing goes), inside lane is 31mph, outside lane is 56mph. Only driven in one direction however, east to west.

Will update with more info later, but will probably forget to report full stop if I don't make a post now.
