As soon as you leave the highway, sound changes to as if you are in a tunnel.
It goes on until the roundabout in the city, when you turn right, till about the first street on your right, just before the trafficlights.

Same goes for the other way around, leaving the city, and on the highway towards Lille.
So, from same point as where it ends in pic 1, to Point 1 in second picture.
So, whole stretch, in both directions, sounds as if you are driving in a tunnel.
No other Mods running, just ProMods, no soundmods or whatever.
