[Fixed] [#38992] Highway in before london area M20 bridge

Hi Team.

This the issue of locomotive passing the M20 Bridge which cause the truck to hit the bridge limit where we pass by it does not show low bridge. The truck got damage when passing the bridge. Kindly resolve the issues it happens afew time when we pull locomotive thru that bridge. thanks

If I read this report correctly, I think the reporter is reporting that one of the bridges at the M20-M25 junction near London is too low for some trailers.

If so, here are the coordinates of the low bridge (basically the position the screenshots of the reporter were taken from):
