[Fixed] [#39009] Wrong sign on A1-UK

Afternoon, so I was driving on the A1(M) and pulled into the services north of the A14, when the motorway sign incorrectly gave the name of the M99 instead.

I know this isn't the most pressing update that needs to do, and no other issues are in the area, so take your time if needed. Thank you for the hard work you've all done.
