[Fixed] [#38989] [2.65] De Lutte (NL/D) - Wrong name on sign

Near the border crossing from the German A30 to the Dutch A1 the rest area 'De Lutte' is erroneously announced as 'De Putte' twice. This is a typo: De Lutte is the real name of that place.
