Ats Reforma map city names disappeared

Hello everyone like the title says Mexico cities don't have any names on them they were there in 1.46 here is my game.log: and my load order: (don't mind the mature content warning tried everything still there)

Same issue here! i've tried many things but none of them worked.
i wish ATS mods were as optimized as the ones in ETS2!
