ETS on different versions

Hello my question is,
will convoy work if I am on 1.45 and my friend is on 1.46 version? I want to get promods latest map on. But I'm not sure if he wishes to downgrade. So if We are on a different version, will the convoy be searchable between us?

It will not work. All players in the Convoy need to use the same game version, the same mods version, and the same mod load order.
