I have done another slideshow of the M4 showing the changes since the last one I did in 2020.

This time I have also added screenshots of the locations in real life too.

I suppose doing this gives something to look back on over the years.

obviously there a lot more that needs doing just like the whole of the UK but with Pro Mods contribution theres a great difference to the M4 already.

I will do the M5 next I think

anyway hope you enjoy it.

As I said in a previous post I would do the same video for the M5. Enjoy

Hello everyone,

For those who don't know who I am, I have been a part of the blues since end of August last year. You can already find signs I've made in 2.60 (Russia, Turkey, few parts of France, Andorra and others ;) )

Today though, I thought I might share a few screenshots of new signs I've made in existing areas of ProMods UK - Wales, Plymouth and a couple in Exeter. :) These are only a few, there are much more, including new entrance signs for towns on the A487 along the coast of Wales.
I design road signs for a living.

Looking at those pics, I assume you do too.

Absolutely top notch work.

@Omicron

Fantastic work buddy. Will you be doing the motorway signs? Like one example on the M4/M5 split changing the signs from Plymouth to The South West like in real life.

Unfortunately no, at least not in the near future. What I have done is added many missing signs, particularly roundabout ones. In the case of this interchange, it is nothing like the real one so making signs there (or any "vanilla" area) to me is quite pointless. If it gets rebuilt though, you can guarantee there will be much better signs ;)

I actually don't :lol: But I am a bit of a sign geek, so I guess that helps. :D

The Scottish borders is in need of some promods love. Some towns like Galashiels, Selkirk & Hawick would look nice and the way the A7 twists through them. Carlisle could be rebuilt on Kingstown area of the town with the huge industrial estate & truckstop within it located off junction 42 M6 where the A7 crosses to reach carlisle would make that area of the map so much better than scs's obscure build of a7 ending on the m6 and service stations where non exist in reality for me it ruins the work promods have done in the north and south of the map.

I fully understand the team at promods cant make magic and everything change over night but I just hope the scottish borders and carlisle get the tlc they truely deserve when the team has the time to work on those areas one day..

A few weeks ago irl I drove up the A697 from Morpeth to Greenlaw and back down the A68. Almost certainly no room in game for the A697 but the A68 is a great road, I'd love to see it refreshed in game. Jedburgh as a new town, Lauder, St Boswells, Catcleugh Water and Corbridge as scenery.
