[Fixed] [#32566] [1.1.1] Promods causing cars to float in Bellingham, WA

In the Wallbert parking lot in Bellingham, Washington, the parked cars are floating a few feet off the ground due to Promods. I tested it without Promods and without it they are firmly on the ground, but with Promods installed, they are floating.
