This bug is already confirmed and I have already reported this bug in internal bug tracking system with the case #32588.

The M1 Southbound has a speed limit issue.
From this services all the way to the M25 junction, the left and middle lanes are set to 20mph limit. The 3rd lane is 60mph.

This bug is reproducible, it's on a clean install of Promods 2.60, all required DLCs, no other mods.

I’m sure this bug appears on the M5 near Birmingham too. (Sorry away from the computer, so can’t provide coordinates, game log etc)
