Hard Economy and Fines Mod

Hello,

The vanilla game makes it way too easy after you stack up a few garages. The fines don't matter and you can speed through cities and towns. Hell, I've even stopped taking on jobs with 18 million euros in the bank.

I checked for hard economy mods. There seem to be way too many of them. Recommendations would be much appreciated.

I quite like Moconomy (on Steam).
