When searching for a user, it does not tell me that Trucker51 is busy

If our control panel tells us we can change it into said username, we can't change it into said username. There's nothing we can do about it.
If I search for Trucker51, I do find an user. Even though the user is, apparently, inactive (that's why you can't find him/her) we still can't give you the nickname.
