There's a New Mexico sign in Washington state and Canada. You can tell it's New Mexico since it has a 575 area code on it, which is for NM.

This Motel road sign is not a ProMods bug, but SCS Software bug that was reported by you in SCS Software forums that has 575 number as incorrect and it should be 555 number as correct and it's reported:

This one from Washington is not a bug because this above.

I can see this same one in Canada, but it's not easily noticeable except zoom camera from the motorway.
Anyway I don't think it's worth to be reported and then not a bug since Canada is most possible using same telephone number system as United States of America does and it's also same as above.
